- Services Overview
KB VIZ provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to event coverage, portraits, commercial projects, and video production.
- Booking & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement and deposit payment.
- Full payment is due before the final delivery of content.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable under certain conditions.
- Content Usage & Rights
- KB VIZ retains the right to use captured content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Clients receive usage rights for personal and business purposes but may not resell or distribute content commercially without written consent.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability but must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Liability
- KB VIZ is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical failure) that may affect project delivery.
- Client agrees to release KB VIZ from any liability arising from participation in photo/video shoots.
- Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted on this page.
